Data Entry Administrators for Dental Practices and Dentists
We are currently seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Work-from-Home Data Entry Administrators. As a Data Entry Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately entering dentist names, dental practice names, locations, and email addresses into Excel spreadsheets. In addition to your regular duties, you will have the opportunity to earn substantial commissions by introducing dental practices to our website services. For each successful sale resulting from your introductions, you will receive a commission of £300.
Responsibilities of Data Entry Administrators
- Enter accurate and complete data, including dentist names, dental practice names, locations, and email addresses, into designated Excel spreadsheets.
- Conduct thorough research to ensure the accuracy of information before data entry.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost care.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Proactively identify and report any data discrepancies or issues.
- Follow established guidelines and standards to ensure data quality and compliance.
- Work independently and manage your time effectively to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude while working remotely.
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
- Strong internet connectivity and access to a reliable computer.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Basic knowledge of dental practices and the dental industry (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in data entry or similar administrative roles (preferred but not required).
