Simon Brodkin comedy show in Southampton

Simon Brodkin at The Attic Comedy Club in SouthamptonAfter the last “sell-out” Simon Brodkin comedy show in Southampton – don’t miss another chance to see Simon Brodkin take to the stage at The Attic Comedy Club, as he puts together an all-new hour show for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

His acclaimed character comedy, which earned him a title as “the world’s most famous blagger” (The Daily Telegraph), was met with sold-out audiences and received rave reviews from Dominic Maxwell of The Times who said it was “the funniest show [he’s] seen”.

This year Simon skyrocketed in popularity after setting records on TikTok with his stand-up act, becoming the most-viewed video by a British comedian ever with more than 38 million views so far. Combined with 24.3 million views on Instagram and 9.1 million on Facebook, that brings his total viewers to over 72 million and counting!

Simon Brodkin’s pranks have made him a star worldwide and he is known for his various stunts, such as handing Theresa May a P45 during her Conservative Party Conference speech and showering Sepp Blatter with bank notes. He placed 60 swastika-emblazoned golf balls around Donald Trump’s golf course opening, attached a 25-foot sign to Sir Philip Green’s super yacht and appeared on Britain’s Got Talent as the ultra-orthodox Jewish rapper Steven Goldblatt – successfully fooling Simon Cowell and the other judges.

Consequently, all of this has resulted in his documentary “Britain’s Greatest Hoaxer” being nominated for the Best Documentary at the 2018 Monte Carlo TV Festival “Golden Nymph Awards”.

In addition, Simon has become popularly known as a “comedy legend” (Lee Nelson, The Sun) due to two series of BBC Three’s rating smash “Lee Nelson’s Well Good Show” and the sketch series “Lee Nelson’s Well Funny People”.
